For the Love of Asheville

Together we can

Make a Difference

Our first trip to the Western Carolinas was a major success! We delivered an entire truck load of supplies to our friends and family in the Asheville area to aid in hurricane relief. We are filling up a second truck to send out as soon as possible, this time with an updated list of desperately needed supplies. We are now collecting donations at our Virginia Beach, VA and Kitty Hawk, NC locations. See the flyer to the left for the updated list of supplies and donate if you can! Together, we can make a difference and help out these communities in need.

Love for Asheville Hurricane Relief Initiative

We called on our local communities to come together and help us donate supplies for those affected by Hurricane Helene in the Western Carolinas, and we are overwhelmed with gratitude at the support we received. With your generous donations, we filled our box truck to the brim with supplies for our friends and families in the Asheville area that were left devastated by the hurricane. Our truck successfully made it to the drop off location, and our team members unloaded your donations and returned home with an updated list of much-needed supplies. As winter approaches, the communities in the Western Carolinas need basic survival supplies along with tents, sleeping bags, blankets, shovels, generators, power boxes, lanterns, batteries, and more as they begin to rebuild their homes and businesses during the cold season. See the above flyer for the complete list of requested supplies. Please donate if you can, every item counts. We are accepting donations at our Virginia Beach, VA and Kitty Hawk, NC store locations. Our truck will head out again with our second round of donations once the truck is filled with supplies. You can also purchase our official WRV "Love for Asheville" Limited Edition T-Shirt, from which all proceeds will be donated to storm recovery efforts in the Western Carolinas, which you can find below. We are truly grateful for our incredible community coming together in such a meaningful way, and we are very thankful to be able to help those in need. Stay tuned for out next trip our to the Western Carolinas!
