SHIPPING

WRV always aims to process and ship orders within a timely matter. Please allow 2-3 business days in addition to ship time for processing and handling (additional for holidays). Orders may not be shipped out the same day that they are placed. If orders are requested for Express Shipping, WRV is not responsible for Mail Carriers not delivering on time or for inclement weather. WRV does not issue refunds for Shipping.

Some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. Get in touch from our "Contact Us" page if you would like to discuss international ordering options.

RETURNS/REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

WRV offers 30-day return or exchange on most products. Original sales receipt or pack slip is required for all returns and exchanges.

To return or exchange an item without an original sales receipt or pack slip, a valid photo ID will be required and recorded at the time of the return. Wave Riding Vehicles reserves the right to limit returns or exchanges regardless of receipt.

• All returns and exchanges must be new, unused and unwashed, in the original packaging and contain all original parts and accessories.
• Returns with an original sales receipt or pack slip will receive a refund for the item returned* based on the initial form of payment.
• Gift Cards and Gift Certificates are non-refundable.
• After 30 days, exchange only

• WRV will not refund original shipping costs unless an incorrect or defective item was shipped.

• If you would like to expedite the exchange process, please return your original item and place a new order for the item you want.

• Full refunds will not be issued for styles that have been discounted since date of purchase. Qualifying items will receive refunds for the discounted amount respective to current sale price.

TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE an item, contact WRV by emailing info@waveridingvehicles.com or call (757) 422-0423, ext 1. If your order is incorrect due to our processing, returns/exchanges made within 2 weeks of original purchase date will receive a shipping label to cover the cost of return shipping. WRV is NOT responsible for shipping costs for returns/exchanges made after 14 days NOR exchanges made as a result of customer error.

SALE

Discount Codes and sale offers are limited time offers and may exclude Camps, Lessons, Gift Certificates, Gift Cards, Travel, and previously marked-down items (Sale Collection). Offers may not be combined. Offers do not apply to previous purchases. Gifts-with-purchase offers are limited to one per customer while supplies last.

WAVE RIDING VEHICLES respects your privacy. Any and all information collected on this site will be kept strictly confidential and will not be sold, disclosed to third parties, or reused without your permission. Any information you give to us will be held with care and will not be used in ways that you have not consented to.
